Project Overview

Komipharm engaged PharmOut for an API manufacturing facility for oral anti-cancer and pain-relieving therapies, established within an existing brownfield shell building in south-east Melbourne. The site comprised approximately 2,000 square metres across a two-storey office and warehouse.

Project Scope

PharmOut delivered detailed design for the facility, including all planning and building permits and the required power and services upgrades. This was supported by accurate BIM recording of existing conditions and the creation of a digital twin of the site.

Project Outcome

The detailed design and digital twin gave Komipharm a permit-ready, accurately modelled facility, streamlining construction and providing a lasting digital asset for ongoing operation and future change.
