The Products and Information are owned by PharmOut Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number: 85 117 673 766). PharmOut Pty Ltd is referred to as “We” or “Us” in these Terms and Conditions.

Product purchases and delivery | PharmOut Terms and Conditions
a) Licence: By purchasing a downloadable Product from the Website, you are buying a licence for usage in accordance with our terms on “Copyright and Product Usage” below. You must agree to our Terms including the terms on “Copyright and Product Usage” in order to purchase a Product from us.
b) Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
c) Currency: All our prices are in Australian Dollars, and you will be charged in that currency. Your credit card issuing bank may use a different exchange rate to the one We use and add conversion fees, which could result in an actual cost to you that is different from the amount displayed on our website.
d) Products are delivered by Immediate Download: The Products are available for download only. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with the download instructions. Please follow the instructions and download your products within 36 hours. You may choose to make one copy as a permanent backup. If you have difficulties downloading or opening a file, please contact us.
Where and how you can use our downloadable products – copyright and product usage
All Products are copyrighted materials that are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
By purchasing a Product from the Website you are granted a non-exclusive limited licence to use the Products in accordance with these Terms:
a) Limited Usage: You may use each individual Product, modified or unmodified, at a single company only, belonging to either you or your client. You must purchase the same Product again in order to use it at another company or for another client.
b) Modifications: You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to our Products to fit your purposes.
c) Unauthorised Use: You may not place any of our Products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, file server, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Us. It is your responsibility to safeguard the modified and unmodified Products you purchased from us and prevent their unauthorised use.
d) Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this licence to anyone else without our prior written consent.
e) Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our Products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of PharmOut Pty Ltd.
Similar to the return policies on software and other digital media of most retail outlets, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that our Products meet your needs BEFORE making your purchase.
- Since the Products we are selling are digital media and of irrevocable nature, we do not issue refunds after a Product or valid Product download information has been displayed to you or has been sent to a valid email address, as provided by you, by our email server.
If we did not provide you (or the recipient of the email address you provided) with valid download information, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, you must Contact Us within 7 days of purchase; no refunds are allowed after 7 days.
