PharmOut provided a range of (multi-disciplinary) services for MediPharm Labs, for their cannabis extraction and laboratory testing facility. The scope of work pertained largely to the complex and detailed fit-out of an existing industrial building shell, adding value to and developing the current documentation.
MediPharm sought a rigorous approach to the facility design that would review the operations of the existing MediPharm Labs facility in Canada, modified to meet local (Victorian and Australian) conditions of site and regulations and ‘fitting’ the requirements of the brief into the proposed building shell. The project was largely managed as a ‘brownfield’ site. This project was completed by December 2019 and will be capable of processing (up to) 75 tons of dried cannabis per year.
