Andrew Hodder

Site Director, Pfizer Melbourne

Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having divided this time between API and Sterile Drug Product manufacturing operations. He has held the Site Lead role at Pfizer Melbourne since 2013 and overseen the integration from Hospira to Pfizer from 2015 to 2017. Andrew is also a Director of Hospira Australia Pty Ltd and an Advisory Board Member with the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce and Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre (MMIC).

Geraldine Murphy

Site Quality Head, AstraZeneca

Originally from Ireland, Geraldine has 20 years’ experience in the Pharma Industry. Geraldine has a variety of roles across Quality, Regulatory Affairs and CMO management (previously with Organon, MSD and Novartis). Previously she was a Qualified Person in Europe for MSD in Dublin.

Jamie is a Logistics consultant at Swisslog. With a real passion for technology and automation, he has dedicated his career to intra-logistics and supply chain optimisation. Over his years at Swisslog, he has worked closely with his clients to deliver best in class automated solutions for companies in Australia, most recently AstraZeneca.

For over 20 years, Jennie has worked in IT in Pharma Operations in several countries and has held a variety of roles including Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager and now Operations IT Manager at the AstraZeneca North Ryde manufacturing site.

Jenny Hantzinikolas is the Director of the Inspections Section in the Manufacturing Quality Branch in TGA. She leads a team of Inspectors who inspect medicines and blood and biological products in various facilities within Australia and overseas. She has been with the TGA for over 13 years and was in industry for almost 17 years.

Jenny leads the Services Organisation for Microsoft Australia, focused on advising and implementing on digital transformation programs.  Jenny has spent her career working with clients to realise the value of their investment in both digital and data-driven technologies.

[Maria has over 20 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles. She is passionate about embedding strategy and design principles that enable best practice fit-for business operations, delivering holistic solutions and interventions that target key learning outcomes and create a robust learning culture.

Shanny is an experienced Senior Executive, having held roles across industry, government and universities. She has expertise in public administration and policy development with strong corporate governance skills and sits on various government panels that draw on her experience in technology commercialisation.

Having recently resigned as HPS CEO, Tony is now consulting into the health & aged care sectors. Tony successfully began as CEO at HPS in 2011 and during that time tripled its revenue to $300+M, successfully taking the company to a part sale to Private Equity and then 2 years later to a full sale to EBOS group.
